Bookings

Bookings are confirmed in writing. Cancellation fees may apply for jobs cancelled within 24 hours of pickup.

Freedom Hive Transport carries appropriate transit insurance. Specific cover limits and exclusions are available on request.

Payment

Standard payment terms are 7 days from invoice unless agreed otherwise. Approved accounts may receive extended terms.
